Are You Ready for the Big Show?

If you’ve received your official casting notice, welcome to the company of The Nutcracker Fantasy! You’re about to step into the enchanted world of the Land of Sweets — complete with dancing snowflakes, a battle against the Rat King, and plenty of stage magic. This is your official registration portal — your backstage pass to costumes, rehearsals, and everything you need for the production ahead.

New Venue Notice

We’re excited to be partnering with THE HILLTOP THEATRE AND CONCERT HALL as our new venue!

Cast Hub

After you register and pay your performance fee you’ll receive a special link and password to enter the Cast Hub—your all-access portal to rehearsal schedules, updates, and backstage secrets.

Last minute changes to the schedule will be sent via e-mail, then posted in the Cast Hub. Please always respond to your Stage Manager’s e-mails confirming you have received the changes.

Please keep the lobby of Kat’s clear for Company Members only during rehearsal hours.

Parents/Guardians providing transportation are asked to wait outside the building after their performer is checked in. Performers may not be dropped off early or picked up late.

Important Dates

Rehearsals will begin October 2
No rehearsals Thanksgiving weekend

Typical rehearsal times are Friday evenings, Saturday (2-8p) and Sundays (12-8p)

Tech Week: December 12th – 15th
Show Dates: December 16th – 20th

Not all cast members will be called to every rehearsal

Detailed schedules will be posted every Tuesday

Before accepting your part, please watch the video below. It outlines key expectations. This will help ensure that you’re fully informed and available for the production schedule.

You must watch the entire video before the registration form becomes enabled. Skipping ahead or exiting early will prevent access.

Registration Steps

3. Pay performance fee (below registration form)
4. For all Adult Performers, Volunteers and Staff, submit volunteer application for background check. (bottom of page)

You can pay the required performance fee below, after you have submitted the registration form.

Step 3:
Registration Payment

We use Zeffy to ensure 100% of your payment goes directly to our organization.
At checkout, Zeffy will ask for an optional ‘tip’ to keep their services free for nonprofits like us.

This is completely optional. If you do not wish to tip, simply select ‘Other’ from the dropdown menu and enter ‘$0’.

All Adult Performers and Volunteers

Step 4:
Background Check

In order to enhance the safety of all minors participating in its events, Triad’s insurance company is now requiring that all staff, adult volunteers and adult performers having contact with minors consent to a criminal background check.

Triad sincerely thanks everyone for doing their part to enhance the safety of the minors among us.

All Adult Performer, Volunteers and Staff: please complete the volunteer application (yes, Adult Performers too).

If you already have a current background check or a fingerprint clearance card, please fill out the application and then email documentation to info@triadaz.org.
