Are You Ready for the Big Show?

If you’ve received your official casting notice, welcome to the company of Bye Bye Birdie! You’re about to step into the high-energy world of Sweet Apple, Ohio—complete with 1950s charm, rock-and-roll rhythm, and plenty of stage magic. This is your official registration portal—your backstage pass to costumes, rehearsals, and everything you need for the production ahead.

Cast Hub

After you register (and we have it ready!), you’ll receive a special link and password to enter the Cast Hub—your all-access portal to rehearsal schedules, updates, and backstage secrets.

We will be distributing the rehearsal schedule in 3 parts. March 1st at the Company Meeting, March 21st for April, and April 21st for May.

Last minute changes to the schedule will be sent via e-mail to the actors from birdie@triadaz.org, then posted in the Cast Hub. Please always respond to your Stage Manager’s e-mails confirming you have received the changes.

Please keep the lobby of Kat’s clear for Company Members only during rehearsal hours.

Parents/Guardians providing transportation are asked to wait outside the building after their performer is checked in. Performers may not be dropped off early or picked up late.

Important Dates

Sunday, March 1st – Company Meeting and March Rehearsal Schedule released

Saturday March 21st – April Rehearsal Schedule released

Tuesday April 21st – May Rehearsal and Show Schedules Released

Rehearsals – Begin Friday, March 6th and will be Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays

Tech Week – Saturday, May 23rd – Wednesday, May 27th (weekdays included)

Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, May 28th

Show Dates – May 29th – 31st

We use Zeffy to ensure 100% of your performance fee goes directly to our organization. At checkout, Zeffy will ask for an optional ‘tip’ to keep their services free for nonprofits like us.

This tip is completely optional. If you do not wish to tip, simply select ‘Other’ from the dropdown menu and enter ‘$0’.
