Her favorite part of this experience has been “all the wonderful people I’ve gotten to know and socialize with and that we are all here for the same reason!” Prior acting experience includes Nutcracker Fantasy where she played Nutso the mouse and a flower. She performed in the school play The Year Santa Got Mixed Up and has also performed in two summer camp musicals through Kat’s Artist Tree where she played Joey in Horton Hears a Who, and Milky White the cow and Narrator 7 in Into The Woods. In addition, she has performed on stage musically through song, ukulele, piano, saxophone, and recorder. In her words, Cassidy would like to thank “Mrs. Kat for always being on top of things, Mr. Bob who is not only a teacher but a funny, encouraging character that is good to be around, my parents who always encourage and help me, and the Nutcracker cast in 2021 who were so fun to be around and socialize with through my first Triad show” and of course for the opportunity provided through the Triad Performing Arts organization, all of which have helped (and will continue to help) her learn and grow as a performer.
